Adjusting to the practice of meditation can be challenging, particularly in overcoming initial hurdles such as concerns about duration and timing. These distractions hinder the ability to fully engage in the meditation process and establish a consistent habit.

The Samadhi personal trainer addresses these obstacles by managing meditation session durations and signaling their completion with a subtle beep. With Samadhi, users can expect:

The app accommodates unguided meditation sessions lasting up to 100 minutes. Users should note that while Samadhi provides support for meditation practices, it does not assume responsibility for the outcomes or the accuracy of individual meditation sessions.

Samadhi offers subscription-based premium content, with options for monthly and annual subscriptions granting access to exclusive meditations during the subscription period.
